Tóm tắt

Trong bài báo này, một khung công tác mới cho việc ước lượng các chiến lược đầu tư tối ưu cho các công ty kết hợp gió-nhiệt được đề xuất. Thị trường điện tái cấu trúc trung hạn đã được mô phỏng bằng cách xem xét các bất định ngẫu nhiên và có lý trí, sự không chắc chắn về gió được đánh giá dựa trên kỹ thuật khai thác dữ liệu, và nhu cầu điện cũng như giá nhiên liệu được mô phỏng bằng phương pháp Monte Carlo. Khái niệm trò chơi Cournot được sử dụng để xác định điểm cân bằng Nash cho từng trạng thái và giai đoạn của lập trình động ngẫu nhiên (DP). Hơn nữa, các bất định ngẫu nhiên dài hạn đã được mô hình hóa dựa trên quá trình chuỗi Markov. Các chiến lược đầu tư tối ưu dài hạn sau đó được giải cho các nhà đầu tư gió-nhiệt kết hợp dựa trên kỹ thuật lập trình bán xác định (SDP). Cuối cùng, khung công tác được đề xuất đã được thực hiện trong thị trường điện tái cấu trúc giả định sử dụng hệ thống kiểm tra độ tin cậy IEEE (RTS). Nghiên cứu trường hợp được thực hiện đã xác nhận rằng khung công tác này cung cấp các quyết định vững chắc và thông tin chính xác về thị trường điện tái cấu trúc cho các nhà đầu tư gió-nhiệt kết hợp.
