Tóm tắt

The paper considers how the inoculation with the growth-promoting rhizobacteria of the Pseudomonas genus affects the mineral nutrition and plant uptake nutrients from the soil. The bacteria are ascertained to increase the uptake of nutrients by plants mainly due to the direct effects on their accessibility in soil and growth in the absorptive and excretory activities of the root system associated with the elevated secretion of phenolic compounds. The improvement of mineral nutrition in plants by inoculating the Pseudomonas plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria increases the yield of plants. The inoculation with the bacteria allows the rate of mineral fertilizers to be reduced by a factor of 1.5–3 when cultivating cereals and root plants without a loss of their biomass and permits the application of micronutrients to be excluded.
