Trong bài báo này, quá trình nhiệt-cơ và quá trình cán nóng đã được thực hiện để nghiên cứu sự phát triển cấu trúc vi mô và tính chất cơ học của thép thấp hợp kim dùng cho lớp bảo vệ của các ống dẻo bằng cách phân tích đường cong biến đổi trong quá trình làm lạnh liên tục, hình thái cấu trúc vi mô, đặc điểm hạt và độ bền. Kết quả thí nghiệm cho thấy rằng quá trình biến dạng thúc đẩy quá trình biến đổi pha của cả ferrite và bainite và dẫn đến sự hình thành hạt mịn. Mật độ của ranh giới hạt góc thấp tăng lên khi tốc độ làm lạnh tăng. Nồng độ khuyết tật trong hạt trở nên lớn hơn khi tốc độ làm lạnh kéo dài. Cấu trúc vi mô của mẫu đã được cán nóng bao gồm ferrite đa giác và bainite hạt, điều này nhất quán với một trong những mẫu đã bị biến dạng với tốc độ làm lạnh tương tự trong thiết bị giãn nở. Sự phát triển cấu trúc vi mô cung cấp dữ liệu hiệu quả làm cơ sở cho quá trình cán nóng.
