Nồng độ kim loại trong cá từ chín hồ của tỉnh An Huy và đánh giá rủi ro sức khỏe

Trong nghiên cứu này, nhằm tìm hiểu tổng thể ô nhiễm kim loại trong cá ở tỉnh An Huy, bốn loài cá, Ctenopharyngodon idella, Cyprinus carpio, Hypophthalmichthys molitrix và Hypophthalmichthys nobilis, đã được thu thập từ chín hồ, và nồng độ Zn, Pb, Cr, Cu, Ni, As, Hg và Cd trong cơ của cá đã được xác định. Kết quả cho thấy nồng độ cao nhất của Zn (7,791 mg/kg), Pb (0,522 mg/kg), Cr (0,030 mg/kg) và Cu (0,767 mg/kg) được tìm thấy ở hồ Tiangang, hồ Xifei, hồ Tiangang và hồ Baidang, tương ứng. Tuy nhiên, các kim loại Ni, As, Hg và Cd không được phát hiện trong tất cả các mẫu cá. Trong các loài cá, khả năng sinh học tích lũy kim loại giảm dần theo thứ tự: C. idellus > H. molitrix > H. nobilis > C. carpio. Hơn nữa, chỉ số rủi ro mục tiêu (THQ) đã được sử dụng để đánh giá rủi ro sức khỏe thông qua việc tiêu thụ cá. Kết quả cho thấy đối với việc phơi nhiễm đồng thời; C. idellus sẽ gây ra rủi ro sức khỏe cho trẻ em ở mức độ phơi nhiễm cao (95) vì giá trị THQ cao hơn 1. Cần lưu ý rằng Pb đóng góp nhiều nhất vào tổng THQ (tỷ lệ là 88%); do đó, ô nhiễm Pb cần được chú ý hơn. Cuộc điều tra thực địa này kết hợp với đánh giá rủi ro sức khỏe sẽ cung cấp thông tin hữu ích về ô nhiễm kim loại nặng ở tỉnh An Huy.
