Lên men mesophilic nâng cao sản xuất SCFA từ sinh khối cây henna tự nhiên/thô

Sinh khối cây henna (Lawsonia inermis) là nguồn nguyên liệu phổ biến cho phẩm màu tự nhiên lawsone được sử dụng trên toàn thế giới. Trong nghiên cứu này, tác động của nhiệt độ lên sản xuất axit béo chuỗi ngắn (SCFA) từ sinh khối henna thô đã được điều tra. Kết quả cho thấy lên men mesophilic (35 °C) nâng cao sản xuất SCFA so với các điều kiện bình thường (25 °C) và nhiệt độ cao (25 °C), lần lượt tăng lên tới 2,2 lần và 1,5 lần. Axit axetic là thành phần SCFA chính, chiếm khoảng 50 ~ 70% tổng số SCFA, theo sau là axit n-butyric và axit propionic. Hoạt động enzym của α-glucosidase trong chuỗi nhiệt độ cao thấp hơn so với chuỗi mesophilic, dẫn tới tiêu thụ carbohydrate và sản xuất SCFA ít hơn. Lawsone tan trong nước có mối tương quan tích cực với nhiệt độ lên men; và nồng độ trung bình (87,0 mg/L) trong chuỗi mesophilic là thích hợp để phục vụ như một môi trường oxi hóa khử nhằm cải thiện quá trình acid hóa cho sản xuất SCFA. Cần có những công việc trong tương lai để xem xét hệ thống các yếu tố gây nhầm lẫn ảnh hưởng đến quá trình lên men của sinh khối henna.
