Đặc tính cơ học và độ ổn định nhiệt của hợp chất copolymer polydimethylsiloxane/ethylene-vinyl acetate gia cố bằng sợi canxi sunfat đã được sửa đổi

Các hợp chất polymer của polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) và copolymer ethylene–vinyl acetate (EVA) với sợi canxi sunfat chưa sửa đổi và đã sửa đổi (CW và mCW) đã được chuẩn bị thông qua phương pháp trộn nóng chảy. Bề mặt của CW được sửa đổi bằng 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (KH550), 3-glycidoxypropyltriethoxysilane (KH560) và 3-methacryloxypropyltriethoxysilane (KH570) bằng quá trình khô nhằm tăng cường khả năng phân tán của nó vào ma trận PDMS/EVA và khả năng tương thích giữa PDMS và EVA. Việc sửa đổi bề mặt của CW đã được xác nhận bằng quang phổ phát xạ năng lượng (EDS). Quang phổ hồng ngoại biến đổi Fourier (FTIR) đã được sử dụng để xác nhận sự hiện diện của các chức năng khác nhau trong các hợp chất CW/PDMS/EVA và mCW/PDMS/EVA. Các tính chất cơ học, độ ổn định nhiệt, hình thái và tính kỵ nước của các hợp chất đã được nghiên cứu. Phân tích nhiệt trọng lượng (TGA) và phân tích nhiệt quét vi sai (DSC) đã được sử dụng để đặc trưng hóa hiệu suất nhiệt của các hợp chất. Kết quả cho thấy độ ổn định nhiệt của tất cả các hợp chất thu được, chứa CW, tốt hơn so với các hỗn hợp PDMS/EVA. Hơn nữa, độ bền kéo của KH560-CW/PDMS/EVA tăng lên 66% so với hợp chất CW/PDMS/EVA tại 20 phr của KH560-CW. Ngược lại, độ bền kéo của các hợp chất KH550-CW/PDMS/EVA và KH570-CW/PDMS/EVA với 5 phr KH550-CW và KH570-CW đều được cải thiện so với hợp chất CW/PDMS/EVA tương ứng. Góc tiếp xúc và tính chất điện của các hợp chất CW/PDMS/EVA và mCW/PDMS/EVA cũng đã được đo.
