Gắn kết mẹ - thai nhi ở phụ nữ mang thai người Ý: Những ảnh hưởng đa chiều và mối liên hệ với việc chăm sóc trẻ sơ sinh trong năm đầu đời

Chúng tôi trình bày hai nghiên cứu thực hiện trên phụ nữ mang thai người Ý. Trong Nghiên cứu I, chúng tôi hướng tới việc khám phá những mối liên hệ đa diện của MFA với các biến quan trọng cho một thai kỳ khỏe mạnh (ví dụ: sức khỏe tâm thần của mẹ, mối quan hệ của cặp đôi). Trong Nghiên cứu II, chúng tôi điều tra vai trò dự đoán của MFA đối với việc chăm sóc trẻ sơ sinh mà mẹ thực hiện trong những tháng đầu đời của trẻ. Phương pháp Trong Nghiên cứu I, 113 phụ nữ mang thai người Ý đã được đánh giá về MFA (Thang đo Gắn kết Mẹ Từ Giai Đoạn Thai Kỳ, MAAS), trầm cảm ở mẹ (Bảng đánh giá trầm cảm Beck - phiên bản II, BDI-II), lo âu ở mẹ (Thang đo lo âu trạng thái và phẩm chất – phiên bản trạng thái, STAI), sự điều chỉnh của cặp đôi (Thang đo điều chỉnh đôi, DAS) và sự chăm sóc cha mẹ mà họ cảm nhận được (Công cụ Nối kết Cha Mẹ, PBI). Trong Nghiên cứu II, 29 cặp mẹ - trẻ sơ sinh được theo dõi khi trẻ 4 tháng tuổi để đánh giá các biến quan sát liên quan đến việc chăm sóc trẻ sơ sinh của mẹ thông qua Thang đo Sẵn có Cảm xúc (EAS) và để kiểm tra sự liên quan với MFA trong thai kỳ. Kết quả Nghiên cứu I cho thấy một mối liên hệ đáng kể giữa MFA và chất lượng mối quan hệ của cặp đôi (β = .49, P < .001) và giữa MFA và hồi tưởng về những kỷ niệm về sự chăm sóc nhận được trong thời thơ ấu (β = .22, P = .025). Nghiên cứu II cho thấy ảnh hưởng dự đoán của MFA đối với cấu trúc hành vi chăm sóc của mẹ quan sát được trong các tương tác giữa mẹ và trẻ sơ sinh ở 4 tháng tuổi (β = 0.36, P = .046). Kết luận Nghiên cứu chỉ ra những bối cảnh mối quan hệ quan trọng có thể nhận được sự chăm sóc và hỗ trợ trong suốt thời kỳ mang thai để bảo vệ MFA. Các phát hiện cũng cung cấp những cái nhìn sâu sắc về vai trò của MFA trong việc chăm sóc trẻ sơ sinh ở giai đoạn đầu, cho thấy rằng MFA có thể là một ứng cử viên cho một yếu tố có thể trước đó trong các quá trình tương tác giữa mẹ và trẻ.
