Tóm tắt

On the basis of detonation nanodiamond and doxorubicin antitumor drug a nanocomplex with magnetic properties of a soft ferromagnetic has been produced by mechano-magnetochemical synthesis. The combined action of the synthesized nanocomplex and local radio-frequency hyperthermia has been shown to initiate the tendency for an increase of the growth inhibition of Walker-256 carcinosarcoma as compared to the monoeffects of the nanocomplex and officinal doxorubicin.
