Kể từ năm 2006, phòng khám của chúng tôi đã áp dụng biện pháp phòng ngừa bệnh ghép chống chủ (GVHD) kết hợp với ATG Grafalon như là nền tảng trong điều trị hỗ trợ peri-truyền ghép. Nghiên cứu hồi cứu gần đây đã bao gồm 398 bệnh nhân trải qua lần đầu tiên ghép tế bào gốc huyết học đồng loài sau khi nhận một liều lượng xác định của ATG Grafalon. Quan sát của chúng tôi ghi nhận tỷ lệ bệnh GVHD cấp tính và mãn tính nặng giảm mà không ảnh hưởng tiêu cực đến tỷ lệ sống còn tổng thể ở một nhóm không chọn lọc với biện pháp phòng ngừa GVHD đồng nhất và chuẩn.
