Ứng dụng tại chỗ THIO-TEPA trong việc phòng ngừa ung thư biểu mô nhú tái phát của bàng quang

Phương pháp điều trị tại chỗ dự phòng THIO-TEPA đã được áp dụng cho 44 trường hợp trong vòng năm năm, sau phẫu thuật triệt để (bao gồm cả phẫu thuật lại) cho bệnh lý nhú bàng quang tái phát hoặc ung thư, cùng với nhiều lần đốt hoặc cắt qua niệu đạo tiếp theo do tái phát nhiều lần. Hiện tại, ba bệnh nhân đã không có dấu hiệu tái phát trong năm năm, 13 bệnh nhân không có tái phát trong bốn năm, 11 bệnh nhân không có tái phát trong ba năm và 9 bệnh nhân không có tái phát trong hai năm. Tám bệnh nhân không có phản ứng tích cực với điều trị, tỷ lệ tái phát không có sự thay đổi. Không gặp phải tác dụng độc hại nào necessitating các biện pháp đặc biệt.
