Tóm tắt

Analysis of responses to open-ended questions can be facilitated by the use of word processors. Examples are given on the application of the list processing procedures incase selection, case arrangement, andcontent analysis. While the illustrations here are based on the WORD-11 package for DEC mainframes, the method can be readily adapted to other word processing softwares, including those written for micro-computers.
