The basis of this paper is a presentation the author made in June 2001 on the experience of creating a corporate design project aimed at extending brand awareness. Consulting to leisure and development industries has revealed that the philosophies and methodologies behind the development and execution of successful entertainment projects have direct application to corporate design and mixed-use developments. This paper examines these unique processes through relevant projects experienced by the author.
