Luồng Việc Làm và Chất Lượng Công Việc Theo Quy Mô Cơ Sở Trong Ngành Sản Xuất Phần Lan Giai Đoạn 1980–94

Bài báo này nghiên cứu cách thức các mô hình việc làm và sự tăng trưởng thay đổi theo quy mô của các cơ sở trong ngành sản xuất của Phần Lan trong giai đoạn từ 1980 đến 1994. Các kết quả được so sánh với những dự đoán từ các lý thuyết thay thế về sự tăng trưởng của doanh nghiệp. Bài báo cũng xem xét một số khía cạnh của chất lượng công việc ở các loại kích cỡ khác nhau, bao gồm tiền lương, năng suất lao động, giờ làm việc, tỷ lệ thay đổi lao động và sự tồn tại của công việc.
