Thương mại carbon có phải là một phước lành hay một lời nguyền đối với hiệu suất doanh nghiệp ở Trung Quốc? Thiết kế thực nghiệm gần đúng và khám phá hiệu ứng lan tỏa không gian

Bài báo này thực hiện thiết kế thí nghiệm gần đúng với dữ liệu vi mô của các công ty niêm yết tại Trung Quốc nhằm điều tra ảnh hưởng và cơ chế của sự tham gia của doanh nghiệp vào thị trường giao dịch phát thải carbon đối với hiệu suất tài chính của công ty bằng cách sử dụng phương pháp khác biệt theo từng giai đoạn. Chúng tôi chỉ ra rằng: a) sự tham gia của doanh nghiệp vào thị trường giao dịch phát thải carbon có thể nâng cao hiệu suất tài chính của công ty; b) sự gia tăng khả năng đổi mới xanh và sự giảm biến động trong lựa chọn chiến lược đều đóng vai trò trung gian một phần trong mối quan hệ giữa giao dịch phát thải carbon và hiệu suất doanh nghiệp; c) sự đa dạng trong nền tảng của điều hành viên và sự không chắc chắn của môi trường bên ngoài điều chỉnh mối quan hệ giữa giao dịch phát thải carbon và hiệu suất doanh nghiệp theo các hướng khác nhau; d) nghiên cứu sâu hơn của chúng tôi chỉ ra rằng chính sách thí điểm giao dịch phát thải carbon có hiệu ứng lan tỏa không gian lên hiệu suất tài chính của công ty ở các tỉnh lân cận. Do đó, chúng tôi khuyến nghị rằng chính phủ và các doanh nghiệp cần nỗ lực hơn nữa để kích thích sự năng động trong sự tham gia của doanh nghiệp vào thị trường giao dịch phát thải carbon.
