Investigation of the Electric Field Uniformity in the ReD Detector
Tóm tắt
This work presents the results of modeling the drift field in TPC for the ReD experiment, aimed to study nuclear recoils from neutron beam at the INFN Laboratori Nazionali del Sud in Catania. To verify the accuracy of the simulation of the electric field in the detector, a comparison of 2D and 3D modeling with a semi-empirical formula was conducted. Simulation was performed using the Comsol multiphysics package.
