Nghiên cứu các chất ô nhiễm vi mô trong các phần thải bỏ từ hộ gia đình đã qua xử lý bằng quá trình phân hủy kỵ khí: phân tích mục tiêu, sàng lọc nghi ngờ và không mục tiêu
Tóm tắt
Chất thải hộ gia đình là nguồn chính cung cấp năng lượng, dinh dưỡng và vật liệu tái chế. Để khai thác lợi ích và tránh các nguy cơ trong bối cảnh kinh tế tuần hoàn, cần phải đánh giá hồ sơ rủi ro đối với con người và môi trường. Trong nghiên cứu này, chúng tôi đã điều tra sự hiện diện của các chất ô nhiễm vi mô thông qua phân tích mục tiêu định lượng, sàng lọc nghi ngờ và không mục tiêu, và đánh giá các thay đổi trong dấu vết hóa học trước và sau khi phân hủy kỵ khí. Các mẫu chiết xuất được phân tích bằng phương pháp sắc ký lỏng hiệu năng cao kết hợp với khối phổ (LC-HRMS) và sắc ký khí kết hợp với khối phổ (GC–MS). Ba mươi mốt trên tổng số 51 chất ô nhiễm vi mô mục tiêu đã được phát hiện ở mức thấp ng/mL, ngoại trừ một số phát hiện ở mức µg/mL. Các chất ô nhiễm vi mô được định lượng trong nghiên cứu này bao gồm: dược phẩm (axit salicylic, amitriptyline, carbamazepine); hóa chất kháng khuẩn (triclocarban, 2-phenylphenol); hợp chất công nghiệp, ví dụ, trong ngành giấy (pentachlorphenol, PFOS, PFOA, bisphenol A); các hợp chất thơm, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons và heteroaromatics, cùng các đồng phân alkylated, hydroxylated hoặc carboxylated của chúng. Năm mươi trên tổng số 206 hợp chất trong danh sách sàng lọc nghi ngờ đã được xác định tạm thời. Chúng bao gồm phthalates, methylparaben, phenol, benzophenone và dược phẩm, ví dụ, ibuprofen.
