Chúng tôi đánh giá các bằng chứng hiện có về các phương pháp điều trị dính tử cung (IUA) hay Hội chứng Asherman (AS). Một cách tiếp cận hệ thống, kiểm toán và nghiên cứu có cấu trúc tốt là rất cần thiết để thiết lập phương pháp điều trị tốt nhất cho nhu cầu cá nhân của bệnh nhân. Thực hành lâm sàng đã thay đổi một cách đáng kể trong 20 năm qua nhờ sự phát triển công nghệ trong ngành nội soi buồng tử cung và các kỹ thuật hình ảnh. Điều trị bằng nội soi có vẻ hiệu quả và an toàn. IUA hoặc AS là một phát hiện khá hiếm gặp trong thực hành sản phụ khoa tổng quát. Việc giới thiệu đến trung tâm hạng ba sẽ giúp tập trung hóa những ca khó khăn nhất và tạo cơ hội để nghiên cứu chi tiết hơn về hiệu quả của từng phương pháp điều trị và so sánh các kỹ thuật điều trị khác nhau.
