Tóm tắt

Experimental investigation is given to overthreshold parametric phase conjugation of ultrasound waves with the frequency of 22 MHz under resonant excitation of discrete acoustic modes with the frequencies of 0.214 and 1.248 MHz in the antiferromagnetic single crystal of α-Fe2O3. It is shown that nonlinear interaction with discrete modes is accompanied by amplitude and phase modulation of traveling phase-conjugate ultrasound waves. In processes of Raman scattering by discrete modes the modulation depth can amount to 100%.
