Tóm tắt

Bladder is said to be underactive when it can’t expel completely its content, provided there is no obstruction. While the efficacy of some palliative drainage techniques is well established, the usage of some drugs is still under debate. We describe the case of three patients successfully managed with bethanechol chloride.
