Tóm tắt

CVV is a single and safe technic and it may be considered an efficient modality in the control of the pulmonary function, observed by the improvement of the PaO2 ratio with a concentrat dicrease of necessity of PEEP, as we observed in all of our patients. We also observed that this results are more revelant on patients with a highest negative fluid balance. In conclusion, HF represents a new modality in control of the ARDS patients and this effect may be beneficial for patient's outcome.
