Ảnh hưởng của vi nhựa tới sự tích lũy triclosan và sự biến đổi metabolomics trong mô cá Tilapia

Vi nhựa (MPs) và chất ô nhiễm hóa học thường đồng tồn tại trong môi trường nước. Sự tích lũy sinh học và chuyển hóa chất ô nhiễm trong các sinh vật thủy sinh có thể bị ảnh hưởng bởi vi nhựa. Trong nghiên cứu này, sự tích lũy triclosan (TCS) trong mô cá tilapia đã được xác định, và phân tích metabolomics ở gan, mang và ruột đã được điều tra sau 10 ngày tiếp xúc với polystyren kích thước vi (PS) và TCS trong nước. Kết quả cho thấy TCS đã tích lũy trong nhiều mô, với nồng độ trung bình cao nhất là 2728 ± 577 ng g−1 trong ruột. Các yếu tố tích lũy sinh học log (BAFs) cho TCS trong các mô này nằm trong khoảng từ 0.99 đến 3.56.
