Tóm tắt

Động thái tạm thời của các chất polybrom hóa diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) và polychlor hóa biphenyls (PCBs) đã được nghiên cứu trong một con sông đô thị hóa nặng (sông Seine, Paris, Pháp) từ tháng 11 năm 2009 đến tháng 5 năm 2010. Nồng độ ô nhiễm nằm trong khoảng từ 0,2 đến 3,8 ng l−1 (trung vị 1,1) và từ 0,4 đến 3,6 ng l−1 (trung vị 1,1) cho ∑ tri-deca BDEs và ∑ 7PCBs, tương ứng. Ngoài ra, đối với cả PBDEs và PCBs, quá trình phân bố giữa pha hạt và pha hòa tan đã được điều tra. Do tính hòa tan trong nước thấp, PBDEs chủ yếu (>70%) gắn với các hạt. Ngược lại, chỉ 54% của ∑ 7PCBs xuất hiện trong pha hạt, và sự phân bố của chúng bị ảnh hưởng bởi mức độ clo hóa. Trong thời gian lấy mẫu, lưu lượng PBDE/PCB tương đối giống nhau và nằm trong khoảng từ 3 đến 128 và từ 6 đến 125 g ngày−1, tương ứng. Dòng chảy khối lượng hàng năm của PBDEs và PCBs được ước tính khoảng 10 kg cho cả hai chất. Ngược lại với PCBs và BDE-209, sự tiến triển tạm thời của ∑ tri-hepta BDEs có liên quan đến hàm lượng chất hữu cơ dạng hạt, điều này được kiểm soát bởi sự biến động của dòng chảy sông. Điều này gợi ý rằng chúng thể hiện các nguồn gốc hoặc hành vi khác nhau trong sông Seine.
