Tóm tắt

Indocyanine green (ICG) angiography was used in the diagnosis of a unilateral ciliary artery occlusion in a 67-year-old man. He had an old ciliary artery occlusion in his left eye, demonstrated funduscopically by a large area of geographic atrophy of the retinal pigment epithelium. The total choroidal hypofluorescence seen on ICG angiograms differentially favored the diagnosis of a choroidal filling defect due to ciliary artery occlusion described by Amalric.
