Bệnh viện tại nhà (HBH) cung cấp một mô hình thay thế cho việc chăm sóc tại bệnh viện. Đã có sự gia tăng đáng kể trong các sáng kiến thử nghiệm và triển khai mô hình này nhằm tối ưu hóa dịch vụ cung cấp cho người dân mắc nhiều bệnh tiến triển và mãn tính. Các mục tiêu của chúng tôi là tổng hợp một cách hệ thống các chỉ số của HBH cũng như các yếu tố liên quan đến việc triển khai và sử dụng thành công mô hình này.

Phương pháp

Chúng tôi đã sử dụng một quy trình hai giai đoạn. Đầu tiên, năm cơ sở dữ liệu đã được tham khảo, không có giới hạn về ngày tháng. Chúng tôi đã bao gồm các đánh giá hệ thống của các nghiên cứu định lượng, định tính và hỗn hợp được công bố bằng tiếng Anh, Pháp, Tây Ban Nha hoặc Bồ Đào Nha. Chúng tôi đã tuân theo hướng dẫn của PRISMA và Tổ chức Cochrane. Thứ hai, chúng tôi đã sử dụng Khung Hiệu suất Chăm sóc Y tế để phân loại các chỉ số, một lưới toàn diện về các rào cản và yếu tố thuận lợi nhằm phân tích các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến việc triển khai HBH, và một tổng hợp chủ đề về các phát hiện định tính và định lượng.
