c-KIT là một thành phần của gia đình thụ thể yếu tố tăng trưởng từ tiểu cầu, được phân loại là tyrosin kinase thụ thể loại III. c-KIT đã được báo cáo là có liên quan đến ung thư phổi tế bào nhỏ, các loại ung thư ác tính khác ở người, cũng như các bệnh viêm và tự miễn liên quan đến tế bào mast. Các chất ức chế c-KIT hiện có gặp phải các vấn đề về sự gia tăng kháng thuốc hoặc độc tính tim mạch. Một nghiên cứu ảo kết hợp đã được thực hiện để xác định các chất ức chế c-KIT tiềm năng mới. Trong nghiên cứu hiện tại, năm phân tử từ cơ sở dữ liệu ZINC đã được thu hồi như các chất ức chế c-KIT tiềm năng mới, sử dụng bộ phần mềm mô hình phân tử Maestro 9.0 của Schrödinger. Một mô hình QSAR 3D có đặc điểm nguyên tử đã được xây dựng dựa trên các chất ức chế c-KIT đã báo cáo trước đó có chứa khung indolin-2-one. Mô hình QSAR 3D phát triển ADHRR.24 cho thấy sự quan trọng ( $$R^{2}=0.9378, Q^{2}=0.7832$$ ) và được chứng minh là đủ vững chắc với độ chính xác dự đoán tốt, như được xác nhận qua các phương pháp kiểm định bên ngoài, ngẫu nhiên Y và phương pháp GH [điểm GH 0.84 và yếu tố làm phong phú (E) 4.964]. Các tương tác docking phù hợp với mô hình QSAR 3D đã phát triển. Mô hình ADHRR.24 đã được khám phá cho sàng lọc ảo dựa trên ligand, tiếp theo là các nghiên cứu dự đoán ADME in silico.
