Nâng cao hiệu quả tổng thể của thiết bị trong bộ khung dệt thông qua bảo trì sản xuất toàn diện: một trường hợp ngành dệt may

Bài báo này tập trung vào việc áp dụng Kaizen, một trong những trụ cột của bảo trì sản xuất toàn diện (TPM), nhằm cải thiện hiệu quả tổng thể của thiết bị (OEE) trong bộ khung dệt ở một nhà máy sản xuất sợi. Bộ khung dệt được coi là một trong những bộ phận quan trọng, nơi các sợi như dây thừng trở thành chỉ mịn thông qua một lượng lớn sự co kéo. Tại đây, Kaizen đã được áp dụng trong bộ khung dệt để nâng cao hiệu suất tổng thể và tăng năng suất. Sáu loại tổn thất dừng máy chính, bao gồm hỏng hóc hoặc thất bại của thiết bị, thiết lập và điều chỉnh, dừng máy và tổn thất nhỏ, tốc độ giảm, khiếm khuyết trong quy trình và sản lượng giảm, đã được kiểm tra với sự hỗ trợ của phân tích Pareto, phân tích logic tại sao- vì cái gì (WWBLA), và phân tích nguyên nhân - kết quả. Một chương trình đào tạo được tổ chức tốt đã được thực hiện để giúp các nhân viên vận hành hiểu rõ về các loại tổn thất này và những cách cải thiện tình hình. Nhờ có Kaizen, các tổn thất trong bộ khung dệt đã giảm đáng kể, và OEE của thiết bị đã tăng từ 75.09 lên 86.02%, năng suất được cải thiện 23.93%, và sản xuất các sản phẩm khiếm khuyết đã giảm 49.50%. Những phát hiện từ công trình này đã chỉ ra lợi ích của việc áp dụng TPM trong các môi trường sản xuất thực tế.
