Chương trình EC-1992 dự kiến sẽ hoàn toàn tự do hóa thương mại dịch vụ giữa các nước thành viên. Đến mức độ nào, việc thâm nhập thị trường nhập khẩu trong Cộng đồng đã bắt đầu trong các ngành dịch vụ đã chọn? Những quốc gia thành viên EC nào đã là những người tiên phong đến thời điểm này? Bài viết dưới đây sử dụng một cơ sở dữ liệu mới được EUROSTAT công bố gần đây trong nỗ lực trả lời những câu hỏi này và các câu hỏi liên quan khác.
