Implantation metastasis alongside an intraperitoneal chemotherapy catheter in ovarian carcinoma

An elderly woman with recurrent ovarian malignancy was treated with intraperitoneal chemotherapy, administered via a subcutaneously buried catheter. She developed the unusual complication of a metastasis along the course of this catheter.
