Tác động của công nghệ 4.0 đối với sản xuất tinh gọn và hiệu suất tổ chức trong một doanh nghiệp

Lean là một thuật ngữ được sử dụng lần đầu tiên vào năm 1988 liên quan đến hệ thống sản xuất. Đây là một phương pháp sản xuất được công nhận rộng rãi, tập trung vào việc loại bỏ lãng phí, trong khi vẫn đảm bảo chất lượng như nhau. Một lĩnh vực mới nổi được gọi là công nghiệp 4.0 đã xuất hiện gần đây, với mục tiêu tích hợp các công nghệ thông minh hiện tại vào quy trình công nghiệp. Do tính chất mới mẻ của chủ đề, rất ít bằng chứng để chỉ ra sự liên kết giữa công nghiệp 4.0 và sản xuất tinh gọn. Nghiên cứu này nhằm tìm ra bằng chứng thực nghiệm để cho thấy mối quan hệ trực tiếp giữa việc giới thiệu công nghiệp 4.0 và quy trình Lean cũng như tìm ra tác động của nó đến hiệu suất tổ chức. Nghiên cứu dựa trên dữ liệu thu thập được dưới dạng bảng câu hỏi khảo sát. Thang đo được sử dụng cho bảng câu hỏi là thang đo Likert năm điểm, với đối tượng chính của bảng câu hỏi là các kỹ sư sản xuất, kỹ sư dịch vụ và đại diện bán hàng. Dữ liệu được phân tích bằng phần mềm IBM SPSS và một mối tương quan giữa công nghệ công nghiệp 4.0 và sản xuất tinh gọn đã được xác định.
