Tác động của dịch vụ dược phẩm cộng đồng đến sức khoẻ bệnh nhân và chất lượng điều trị thuốc ở bệnh nhân Parkinson

Nền tảng: Sự an toàn của bệnh nhân mắc bệnh Parkinson có thể được cải thiện thông qua dịch vụ chăm sóc dược phẩm tại các nhà thuốc cộng đồng. Mục tiêu: Nghiên cứu những ảnh hưởng của dịch vụ chăm sóc dược phẩm tiêu chuẩn đến các kết quả sức khoẻ và chất lượng điều trị thuốc ở bệnh nhân mắc bệnh Parkinson. Bối cảnh: Các nhà thuốc cộng đồng tại Đức. Phương pháp: Một nghiên cứu mở, đa trung tâm, theo dõi dài hạn, được thực hiện với bệnh nhân ngoại trú mắc bệnh Parkinson vô căn đang nhận thuốc điều trị chống Parkinson. Bệnh nhân được tuyển chọn bởi 32 dược sĩ tại các nhà thuốc (nhóm dược phẩm) và các văn phòng địa phương của Hội Bệnh nhân Parkinson Đức (nhóm so sánh). Tất cả bệnh nhân được đánh giá tại thời điểm ban đầu và sau 8 tháng theo dõi.
