Tác động của sở thích vị tha và trợ cấp của chính phủ lên chuỗi cung ứng xanh đa quốc gia dưới tác động của thuế suất động

Sự gia tăng thuế quan đặt ra một thách thức lớn đối với sự phát triển của các chuỗi cung ứng xanh đa quốc gia, điều này có thể được giảm thiểu nhờ vào sở thích vị tha và các trợ cấp của chính phủ. Bằng cách phát triển một khung phân tích trò chơi Stackelberg và thiết kế các kịch bản khác nhau, chúng tôi suy luận ra các giải pháp tối ưu của các bên liên quan trong từng trường hợp và so sánh chúng để đánh giá tác động của sở thích vị tha của nhà sản xuất và trợ cấp của chính phủ đối với chuỗi cung ứng xanh đa quốc gia dưới thuế suất động. Sau đó, chúng tôi chỉ ra rằng: (i) Khi thuế suất tăng, cả sở thích vị tha và trợ cấp của chính phủ đều có thể thúc đẩy chuỗi cung ứng xanh. (ii) Bất kể chiến lược nào được áp dụng trong chuỗi cung ứng, đều có lợi cho nhà bán lẻ nhưng gây thiệt hại cho nhà sản xuất với sở thích vị tha. (iii) Trợ cấp của chính phủ hoặc sở thích vị tha sẽ dẫn đến hiện tượng miễn cưỡng tham gia, nhưng trợ cấp của chính phủ lại có lợi cho sự ổn định của chuỗi cung ứng. (iv) So với trợ cấp chi phí sản xuất, trợ cấp nghiên cứu và phát triển xanh khuyến khích mức độ xanh hơn, nhưng trợ cấp chi phí sản xuất giúp tăng lợi nhuận của các bên tham gia. (v) Trợ cấp và sở thích vị tha, hoạt động đồng thời trong chuỗi cung ứng, sẽ thúc đẩy thêm việc xanh hóa nhưng làm tăng tổn thất của nhà sản xuất và phá hoại sự ổn định của chuỗi cung ứng. Để nâng cao mức độ xanh và doanh thu của các bên tham gia, chúng tôi cũng đề xuất hợp đồng với mức thuế hai phần và chia sẻ lợi nhuận để phối hợp chuỗi cung ứng. Cuối cùng, chúng tôi thực hiện phân tích so sánh các kịch bản khác nhau bằng cách sử dụng các ví dụ số liệu và xây dựng những hiểu biết quản lý tương ứng.
