Dựa trên các nghiên cứu trường hợp của các doanh nghiệp gia đình Hồi giáo và Kitô giáo hoạt động trong một quốc gia đa dạng tôn giáo, chúng tôi giải thích sự đa dạng của các lôgic gia đình, kinh doanh, tôn giáo và cộng đồng trong doanh nghiệp gia đình. Cụ thể, chúng tôi chú ý đến lôgic tôn giáo và cách nó tương tác với các lôgic khác khi các doanh nghiệp gia đình đang xem xét các vấn đề đạo đức. Chúng tôi chỉ ra rằng tôn giáo có một cách tiếp cận dựa trên quy định trong các doanh nghiệp gia đình Hồi giáo và một cách tiếp cận dựa trên nguyên tắc trong các doanh nghiệp gia đình Kitô giáo. Chúng tôi cũng lưu ý đến đặc tính linh hoạt của lôgic tôn giáo, thông qua đó các doanh nghiệp gia đình diễn giải vai trò của tôn giáo bên cạnh các lôgic khác trong việc ảnh hưởng đến các quyết định đạo đức. Nghiên cứu của chúng tôi thúc đẩy tài liệu về lôgic thể chế bằng cách nổi bật hóa sự đa dạng giữa và trong các lôgic trong các doanh nghiệp gia đình, và đóng góp vào việc công nhận ngày càng tăng về ảnh hưởng của niềm tin tôn giáo đối với hành vi đạo đức của các doanh nghiệp gia đình.
