Tóm tắt Đặt vấn đề Vôi hóa hình nhẫn trong ung thư tế bào gan là rất hiếm. Ung thư tế bào gan không được điều trị đôi khi bao gồm các tổn thương có vôi hóa. Ở đây, chúng tôi báo cáo một trường hợp ung thư tế bào gan có vôi hóa hình nhẫn. Trình bày trường hợp Một người đàn ông 60 tuổi có khối u gan đã được chuyển đến Bệnh viện Đại học Y Tokyo. Ông có tiền sử viêm gan C mãn tính. Chụp cắt lớp vi tính cho thấy khối u gan có đường kính 20 mm ở đoạn 6 theo phân loại Couinaud, với sự vôi hóa hình nhẫn. Dựa trên hình ảnh không phổ biến này và tiền sử tiếp xúc của bệnh nhân với các vật chủ chính của Echinococcus multilocularis, ông đã được chẩn đoán trước phẫu thuật với bệnh echinococcosis. Cắt gan một phần đã được thực hiện như một phương pháp điều trị triệt để cho bệnh echinococcosis. Chẩn đoán cuối cùng về ung thư tế bào gan đã được xác nhận dựa trên các phát hiện mô học. Bệnh nhân đã được xuất viện mà không có biến chứng.
