Tóm tắt Phạm vi và mục đích của nghiên cứu này gồm hai phần: tổng hợp bằng chứng hiện có và chuyển hóa nó thành các khuyến nghị. Tài liệu này chỉ đưa ra các khuyến nghị khi có bằng chứng hỗ trợ. Do đó, chúng không cấu thành một giao thức hoàn chỉnh cho việc sử dụng trong lâm sàng. Ý định của chúng tôi là các khuyến nghị này sẽ được sử dụng bởi những người khác để phát triển các giao thức điều trị, trong đó cần thiết phải kết hợp đồng thuận và phán quyết lâm sàng trong những lĩnh vực có bằng chứng hiện tại còn thiếu hoặc không đủ.
