Tại Khoa Lo âu và Trầm cảm của Bệnh viện Đại học Leuven, chúng tôi đã phát triển một chương trình liệu pháp gia đình nhóm nhằm giải quyết vấn đề này. Sau khi mô tả ngắn gọn các tài liệu khoa học liên quan đến mối quan hệ gia đình trong tình trạng lo âu và trầm cảm ở thanh niên, chúng tôi sẽ lần lượt thảo luận về đối tượng mục tiêu, các mục tiêu, cách tổ chức và tiến trình của liệu pháp gia đình nhóm. Các vignettes sẽ làm sáng tỏ những đặc điểm riêng biệt của một chương trình liệu pháp gia đình nhóm cho nhóm dân số này.
