Giảm oxit graphene bằng phương pháp xanh sử dụng các phytochemical chiết xuất từ Pomelo Grandis và Tamarindus indica và ứng dụng siêu tụ điện của nó

Phương pháp tổng hợp xanh là một cách tiếp cận hiệu quả để giảm oxit graphene (GO) và điều chỉnh bề mặt của các lớp graphene. Trong đồ án này, phương pháp xanh đơn giản để giảm oxit graphene đã được áp dụng bằng cách sử dụng các chiết xuất phytochemical từ Citrus grandis (bưởi) và Tamarindus indica (me). Phân tích FTIR cho thấy sự giảm/biến mất đáng kể của các đỉnh tương ứng với các nhóm chứa oxy. Phân tích XRD và Raman xác nhận sự giảm GO thành công sau khi xử lý với các chiết xuất trái cây. Phân tích hình thái qua hình ảnh SEM và TEM đã khẳng định thêm sự hình thành các lớp graphene. Độ dẫn điện của cả Pomelo-rGO (P-rGO) và Tamarind-rGO (T-rGO) được phát hiện cao gấp 104 lần so với GO. Đặc trưng điện hóa của rGO tổng hợp được thực hiện bằng điện cực chu kỳ (CV). Điện dung riêng lần lượt đạt 65,25 F/g và 47,33 F/g cho T-rGO và P-rGO. Kết quả cho thấy rằng con đường tổng hợp xanh này có triển vọng cho sản xuất quy mô lớn rGO.
