Một phụ nữ 53 tuổi đã đến khám bác sĩ và than phiền về cảm giác khó chịu ở ngực sau bữa ăn. Nội soi thực quản-dạ dày-tá tràng cho thấy nhiều khối u hạt nổi lên ở thân dạ dày. Sau khi thực hiện sinh thiết từ các khối u này, cô được chẩn đoán mắc lymphoma mô liên kết niêm mạc (MALT) dạ dày. Phản ứng chuỗi polymerase cũng phát hiện có các chủng Helicobacter pylori và H. suis. Việc điều trị để tiêu diệt H. pylori và H. suis đã thành công. Khám nội soi sau điều trị tiêu diệt vi khuẩn cho thấy nhiều khối u hạt vẫn còn tồn tại ở thân dạ dày; tuy nhiên, không tìm thấy tế bào lymphoma trong quá trình khám bệnh lý mô học. Do đó, chúng tôi báo cáo một trường hợp lymphoma MALT dạ dày dương tính với H. pylori với hình thái đặc biệt liên quan đến nhiễm đồng thời H. suis.
