Việc tái tạo giải phẫu chính xác các gãy xương lớn ở vùng hố mắt là một thách thức đối với bác sĩ phẫu thuật. Các kỹ thuật hỗ trợ bằng máy tính, các implant được định hình giải phẫu và khả năng hình ảnh trong quá trình phẫu thuật thông qua chụp cắt lớp vi tính số cho một tiêu chuẩn mới trong tái tạo hố mắt nguyên phát và thứ phát. Trong bài tổng quan này, các phương pháp này sẽ được trình bày.
