Một mô hình dựa trên hệ thống in vitro đến nhà kính được sử dụng trong các chương trình sản xuất hạt giống khoai tây đã được triển khai để nghiên cứu tác động của axit abscisic (ABA) đến việc tạo ra khả năng chịu lạnh ở cây con của hai giống khoai tây có độ nhạy cảm khác nhau.
