Nghiên cứu này kiểm tra thực nghiệm vai trò của chính quyền công Romania trong việc hỗ trợ các sáng kiến khởi nghiệp xã hội nhằm giải quyết các thách thức phát triển cộng đồng địa phương. Dữ liệu được thu thập từ cuộc khảo sát 145 đại diện của các tổ chức phi chính phủ (NGO) làm việc chặt chẽ với các cơ quan chính quyền công Romania tham gia vào các dự án khởi nghiệp xã hội.
