Mục tiêu của chúng tôi là đánh giá thời gian lưu viện sau phẫu thuật thay khớp gối toàn phần nhằm xác định ảnh hưởng của các yếu tố liên quan bằng dữ liệu từ cơ sở dữ liệu Kết hợp Chẩn đoán và Thủ thuật.
Đây là một nghiên cứu hồi cứu quan sát. Đối tượng nghiên cứu bao gồm 5.831 bệnh nhân mắc bệnh thoái hóa khớp gối và đã thực hiện phẫu thuật thay khớp gối toàn phần từ tháng 2 năm 2018 đến tháng 10 năm 2022 tại 38 bệnh viện.
Phân tích đa biến cho thấy các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến thời gian lưu viện bao gồm: độ tuổi (
Thời gian lưu viện ngắn hơn hoặc dài hơn được phát hiện có liên quan đến các đặc điểm nền tảng của bệnh nhân và các yếu tố cụ thể của cơ sở y tế; điều này có thể dẫn đến ước lượng chính xác hơn về thời gian lưu viện và phân bổ nguồn tài nguyên hợp lý.
