Tóm tắt
Chăm sóc sức khỏe cho bệnh nhân bỏng nặng là rất chuyên biệt và có thể cần chuyển giao bệnh nhân quốc tế. Bệnh nhân bỏng có nguy cơ cao phát triển nhiễm trùng. Những bệnh nhân đã được nhập viện ở các quốc gia mà các vi sinh vật sản xuất carbapenemase (CPMO) đang lưu hành có thể phát triển những nhiễm trùng khó điều trị. Ngoài ra, có nguy cơ bùng phát CPMOs trong các trung tâm điều trị bỏng. Nghiên cứu này nhấn mạnh rằng bệnh nhân bỏng có thể bị thuộc địa hóa nhiều bởi CPMOs, và cung cấp những khuyến nghị thực hành tốt nhất liên quan đến vi sinh học lâm sàng và kiểm soát nhiễm trùng. Chúng tôi đã đánh giá tình trạng mang CPMO và thuộc địa hóa vết thương ở một bệnh nhân bỏng ban đầu được điều trị ở Romania và được chuyển đến Hà Lan.
