Khám Phá Mối Quan Hệ Giữa Lãnh Đạo Tâm Linh, Tình Thương Đồng Loại và Sự Tin Tưởng Trong Các Doanh Nghiệp Gia Đình

Mục đích của nghiên cứu này là kiểm tra khẳng định rằng lòng vị tha và sự tin tưởng của các thành viên trong gia đình nhà quản lý cấp cao đối với các thành viên khác trong gia đình nên được kết nối với đặc điểm lãnh đạo tâm linh của các nhà quản lý cấp cao này. Dữ liệu được thu thập từ các thành viên trong gia đình của các nhà quản lý cấp cao, những người phụ trách các doanh nghiệp gia đình của họ tại Khu Công Nghiệp Tổ Chức Beylikduzu. Nhiều mục trong các công cụ được sử dụng để đo lường lãnh đạo tâm linh, lòng vị tha và sự tin tưởng. Phạm vi của lãnh đạo tâm linh rộng hơn so với lòng vị tha và sự tin tưởng; bên cạnh những tham chiếu đến gia đình, lãnh đạo tâm linh cũng bao gồm các tham chiếu đến những người tham gia, cấp dưới của họ và các doanh nghiệp của họ. Các yếu tố lãnh đạo tâm linh của người tham gia có mối quan hệ mạnh mẽ và tích cực với lòng vị tha và sự tin tưởng của họ đối với các thành viên khác trong gia đình. Nếu lòng vị tha và sự tin tưởng được cho là ảnh hưởng đến các yếu tố lãnh đạo tâm linh, thì tác động này chỉ được đạt được một phần. Chỉ một số mục trong lòng vị tha và sự tin tưởng có thể ảnh hưởng đến đặc điểm lãnh đạo tâm linh. Tài liệu cho thấy lãnh đạo tâm linh là phù hợp cho các doanh nghiệp gia đình với lý do rằng lòng vị tha và sự tin tưởng nội bộ trong gia đình có thể liên quan đến đặc điểm lãnh đạo tâm linh. Nghiên cứu hiện tại chứng minh mối quan hệ này. Kiến thức như vậy có thể được sử dụng cho việc kế thừa doanh nghiệp gia đình, mentoring và coaching trong các doanh nghiệp gia đình, quản lý xung đột liên quan đến cả gia đình và doanh nghiệp, và cấu trúc sự tham gia của gia đình vào doanh nghiệp.
