Chúng tôi đã trình bày một tổng quan về một số tương tác trao đổi electron khác nhau, từ trao đổi spin Riesenberg đến chuyển giao năng lượng. Chúng tôi đã chọn cách trình bày hầu hết tài liệu này chủ yếu từ quan điểm của các thí nghiệm ESR, nhưng đó là một sự lựa chọn tùy ý.
