Kiểm soát chất lượng đóng vai trò thiết yếu trong ngành dệt may Ấn Độ, đảm bảo sự phù hợp của sản phẩm với mong đợi của khách hàng và tiêu chuẩn của ngành. Nghiên cứu này tìm hiểu sự tiến triển của các mô hình thiết kế cho kiểm soát chất lượng trong ngành dệt may Ấn Độ, nhằm thúc đẩy quy trình sản xuất thân thiện với môi trường hơn. Nó xem xét các rào cản liên quan đến các phương pháp kiểm soát chất lượng ban đầu, nhấn mạnh sự cần thiết cho các mô hình toàn diện và tiến bộ hơn. Cuộc điều tra đánh giá một loạt các khuôn khổ kiểm soát chất lượng hiện có, bao gồm các Mô hình Tiêu chuẩn Chất lượng Quốc tế, Mô hình Kiểm soát Chất lượng Có cấu trúc, Mô hình Kiểm soát Chất lượng Công nghệ và Mô hình Kiểm soát Chất lượng Tích hợp. Mỗi mô hình đều được đánh giá toàn diện dựa trên các điểm mạnh, điểm hạn chế và tính khả thi trong ngữ cảnh của ngành dệt may Ấn Độ. Dựa trên phân tích này, nghiên cứu khuyến nghị việc kết hợp Lean, Six Sigma và Công nghiệp 4.0 (LSS 4.0) như một mô hình kiểm soát chất lượng hiệu quả cho ngành dệt may Ấn Độ. Khung LSS 4.0 tận dụng các nguyên tắc của Lean và Six Sigma để tối ưu hóa quy trình và giảm thiểu lỗi, đồng thời tích hợp những đổi mới từ Công nghiệp 4.0 cho giám sát theo thời gian thực, phân tích dữ liệu và tự động hóa. Trong khi thừa nhận những hạn chế và khó khăn của ngành như sự khan hiếm nguồn lực và sự phản kháng văn hóa đối với thay đổi, nghiên cứu nhấn mạnh những lợi ích tiềm năng của việc áp dụng mô hình LSS 4.0. Tóm lại, nghiên cứu đặt ra một lộ trình cho các bên liên quan trong ngành, vạch ra những bước cần thiết như đầu tư vào công nghệ, đào tạo và chuyển đổi văn hóa tổ chức để chấp nhận và thực hiện mô hình tích hợp này. Nói một cách ngắn gọn, nghiên cứu nhấn mạnh tầm quan trọng của việc phát triển các mô hình kiểm soát chất lượng trong ngành dệt may Ấn Độ để đáp ứng các yêu cầu thị trường đang tiến hóa. Mô hình LSS 4.0 được đề xuất giới thiệu một cách tiếp cận toàn diện và công nghệ tiên tiến cho kiểm soát chất lượng, thúc đẩy sự phát triển bền vững, nâng cao chất lượng sản phẩm và cải thiện khả năng cạnh tranh trong ngành.
