Nồng độ của cadmium, đồng, crom, cobalt, sắt, chì, mangan, niken và kẽm trong các mẫu chất tẩy rửa từ Kayseri, Thổ Nhĩ Kỳ đã được xác định bằng quang phổ hấp thụ nguyên tử bằng ngọn lửa. Hỗn hợp HClO4 (10 mL)/HNO3 (10 mL) đã được sử dụng để phân giải các mẫu chất tẩy rửa hộ gia đình. Độ chính xác của các quy trình phân tích đã được kiểm tra bằng các phương pháp cộng thêm và phục hồi trong các mẫu chất tẩy rửa khác nhau cho các ion kim loại được nghiên cứu. Các khoảng nồng độ của các nguyên tố trong các mẫu chất tẩy rửa được tìm thấy nằm trong khoảng 17,2–60,1, 11,1–40,1, 2,5–32,3, 8,1–10,5, 7,2–21,6, 9,8–17,9, 1,7–3,8, 12,5–22,5, và 2,0–5,8 μg/g đối với sắt, mangan, kẽm, đồng, chì, cobalt, cadmium, niken và crom, tương ứng.
