Đánh giá độ nhạy ăn mòn của thép hai pha thông dụng được sử dụng trong ngành công nghiệp ô tô

Do nhu cầu cao về thép hai pha (DP) trong ngành công nghiệp ô tô và xây dựng, nghiên cứu hiện tại tập trung vào việc đánh giá khả năng chống ăn mòn của ba loại thép DP thương mại khác nhau thông qua các bài kiểm tra ăn mòn điện hóa trong môi trường thông thường (0,5 M NaOH, 3,5 wt.% NaCl và dung dịch 0,5 M H2SO4). Bài kiểm tra phân cực động cho phép chúng tôi xác định tỷ lệ ăn mòn và cơ chế suy thoái phụ thuộc vào loại thép DP, môi trường thử nghiệm, tỷ lệ phần trăm martensite và cấu trúc vi mô của thép DP. Thép DP-270 cho thấy khả năng chống ăn mòn cao hơn trong dung dịch NaCl và H2SO4 so với các loại thép DP khác. Hơn nữa, thép DP-590 cho thấy khả năng chống ăn mòn cao hơn trong dung dịch NaOH, trong khi thép DP-789 có hiệu suất tệ nhất trong NaOH và NaCl. Các bài kiểm tra quang phổ trở kháng điện hóa được thực hiện để xác định các giá trị trở kháng truyền tải điện từ các đồ thị Nyquist và xem xét liệu thép DP có tuân theo cùng một xu hướng như kết quả thu được trong bài kiểm tra phân cực động hay không, cơ chế suy thoái được cho là do sự truyền tải điện. Các đặc điểm vi cấu trúc của thép DP cho thấy rằng khả năng chống ăn mòn tốt hơn liên quan đến sự phân bố tốt hơn của pha martensite.
