Đánh giá và xếp hạng các ứng dụng di động HIV/AIDS bằng phương pháp xếp hạng ứng dụng dựa trên tính năng và thang đo xếp hạng ứng dụng di động

Mục đích của nghiên cứu này là đánh giá các ứng dụng di động HIV/AIDS bằng cách sử dụng Thang đo Xếp hạng Ứng dụng Di động (MARS) và xếp hạng các tính năng của các ứng dụng này bằng công cụ mới được gọi là Phương pháp Xếp hạng Ứng dụng Dựa trên Tính năng (FARM). Trong nghiên cứu này, tất cả các ứng dụng HIV/AIDS có sẵn ở Iran từ Cafe Bazaar và Google Play Store đã được nghiên cứu dựa trên tiêu chí tiêu chuẩn chấp nhận. Việc đánh giá chất lượng của các ứng dụng của đã được thực hiện bằng cách sử dụng công cụ MARS và công cụ FARM. FARM, được phát triển trong nghiên cứu này, đã được áp dụng để xếp hạng các tính năng của các ứng dụng. Trong nghiên cứu này, có 79 ứng dụng đã được đưa vào. Điểm trung bình của tất cả các ứng dụng sử dụng cả hai công cụ là 3.58 (SD = 0.95) trên 5. Điểm chất lượng trung bình tổng thể dựa trên MARS là 3.14 (SD = 0.84), và điểm trung bình của các tính năng dựa trên FARM là 3.81 (SD = 1.23). Nghiên cứu này chỉ ra rằng có mối tương quan cao hơn mức trung bình giữa các điểm số được gán cho các ứng dụng dựa trên các công cụ MARS và FARM (r > 0.4). Các ứng dụng di động HIV/AIDS có sẵn ở Iran đã đạt được xếp hạng "chấp nhận được". Ngoài ra, kết quả nghiên cứu của chúng tôi cho thấy việc đánh giá các ứng dụng di động chỉ sử dụng một công cụ có thể không cung cấp cái nhìn tốt cho người đánh giá về các ứng dụng được đánh giá.
