Đạo đức và Vấn đề AI: Bình Cũ Rượu Mới?

Bài viết này phản ánh những điểm khác biệt giữa các vấn đề đạo đức AI và các mối quan ngại được nêu ra bởi tất cả các ứng dụng Hệ thống Thông tin (IS). Các vấn đề đạo đức AI có thể được phân loại thành ba nhóm khác nhau. Một cách nhìn nhận AI là một ứng dụng IS như bất kỳ ứng dụng nào khác. Chúng tôi xem xét nhóm ứng dụng AI này với trọng tâm chủ yếu vào khuôn khổ PAPA của Mason (MIS Quarterly, 10, 5–12, 1986) như một cách để định vị đạo đức AI trong lĩnh vực IS. Một cách nhìn khác về AI là khả năng tạo ra những sản phẩm có thể không thể xác định trước từ đầu vào và mã hóa. Chúng tôi xem xét điều này bằng cách thêm "suy diễn" vào kim tự tháp thông tin và khám phá các hệ quả của nó. AI cũng có thể được coi là một cơ sở để xem xét lại các câu hỏi về bản chất của các hiện tượng tinh thần như lý luận và tưởng tượng. Hiện tại, các hệ thống dựa trên AI dường như vẫn còn xa mới có thể tái tạo hoặc thay thế khả năng của con người.
