Tóm tắt

An on-line computer program to enhance drug adherence is described for individuals receiving tricyclic antidepressant treatment for depression. Because supervision is important in increasing adherence, a computer program was designed to provide this service and to intervene in particular adherence problem areas, such as comprehending the prescription, managing side effects, and altering negative cognitions about medications. An evaluation study of the pro-gram is presented.
